Nurturing Care
I love children and families, and have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of birth. This is why I’m a registered nurse & licensed midwife. Proud to serve women and families throughout South Florida. I’m here to provide unbiased information as well as emotional support that benefits women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
Every woman deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, and remind them that they can trust in the strength of their bodies during this time. Natural Birth Choices
Natural Birth Choices provides family-centered midwifery care with a complete holistic approach. Our goal is to work in partnership with our women and their families to provide culturally competent care and support, as well as offer professional advise through informed-decision making during their pregnancy, labor and birth, and the postpartum period. We employ great measures to provide insightful guidance with the application of both midwifery and nursing skills, as we focus on client education, support, and empowerment, to promote normal birth and improve birth outcome. NBC is in support of creating strong families as they pursue the journey of their transformative birth experience using an integrated team including midwives, physicians, health educators, doulas, lactation consultants, and health and wellness providers.
Holistic
We take pride in providing one-to-one care as we remain guarded of the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle. In addition, we offer individualized education, counseling, and hands on support during the prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum period.
Maternity Care
Midwives focus on avoiding all foreseen and unforeseen complications through providing optimal care. We respectfully maintain mutual relationships with all types of care providers so that we can collaboratively manage the care of women with more focused needs.
Education
We believe in community-based midwifery care that focuses on cultural appropriateness and sensitivity while providing competent care to women of all social economic class. Our teachings are consistent with evidence-based practices. With midwives extensive experience and statistically sound outcomes.
