Guest Speakers

Every now and then, I will invite a guest speaker to come and discuss a topic relevant to that week's class. Here is a list of the speakers I have lined up for this session:

Stacie will demonstrate useful massage techniques to help ease the discomforts of pregnancy as well as labor. She will also discuss the benefits and contraindications of massage during pregnancy.
