Classes

I am a Bradley® Certified Childbirth Educator teaching the Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth.

Classes are held at my home in Northeast Jefferson County near The Summit on Sunday afternoons from 3-5 p.m. I ask that all students please arrive on time because we have a great deal of material to cover each week.

You will need to bring 2 pillows to every class and wear comfortable clothing, as we will be spending a lot of time on the floor practicing exercises and relaxation.

When possible, classes are small to allow for plenty of individual attention. There are typically 6-8 couples per class. Early registration is recommended, as classes usually fill up quickly.

I have an extensive lending library which is available to all registered students at no charge.
