Class Fees & Cancellation Policy

The cost of a 12 week series of classes is $225 and includes your AAHCC Student Workbook, a course binder, notebook and all necessary materials and handouts.

A $50 deposit is required to hold your spot in the class.

Some insurance companies may reimburse you for childbirth classes. The fee is also eligible for submission to medical flexible spending accounts. If the cost is a major hardship, please contact me to discuss a possible solution.

Deposits will be refunded only if notice is given at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the first class. Once the first class has started, the balance will only be refunded if I can find another couple to take your spot.

Doula Services

If you are interested in my doula services, I offer a discount to my students. The total fee for my doula services is $500 ($550 for non-students).

This fee includes:

• One to two prenatal visits where we will get to know each other and discuss, in detail, how I can help you and your partner throughout your labor, birth and immediate postpartum experience.
• Continuous support throughout your labor.
• Immediate postpartum support for approximately two hours after delivery and help with initiating breastfeeding.
• One postpartum follow-up visit, (usually within the first week or two after your birth) in your home, to discuss your experience and any issues you may be having.
• Unlimited phone consultations.
• A written account of your birth.
